We were pleased to welcome Nicole DeCosta and the team from CWhat’s for a tour of our newly reopened Gresham waterpark and to discuss all the amenities Cascade Athletic Club locations have to offer: tennis, racquetball, basketball, small group training, Kid’s Club, kid’s swimming lessons, summer camps, and so much more. Gresham Waterpark
The Waterpark at Gresham is the only private (Members and their Guests) facility of it’s kind in the metro area. Sporting a wading pool, splash pad, leisure pool, spa, and cafe, the Waterpark is great for a simple dip or an all day outing. The Waterpark is connected to our outside play field, fire pit and covered party area. Periodic concerts, BBQ’s and events are held in Gresham’s Big Back Yard playground.
RED FLAG DAYS
Due to weather, we may have limited staff at the Waterpark. Please check in through the Main Club. Limited Snack Bar Available. (Slide may not be open)
GREEN FLAG DAYS
The Waterpark is open as normal and Members and Guests can check in at the Water Park Gate.
Fisher's Landing Waterpark
The Waterpark at Fisher’s Landing, is a private (Members and their Guests) facility sporting a wading pool, splash pad, leisure pool, spa, and cafe, the Waterpark is great for a simple dip or an all day outing. Bring your family and a friend or two and make some great memories at this unique Waterpark.

Policies
Club to Club Usage
All Gresham Club members can access both waterparks.
Fisher's members can access Gresham for a $10 upgrade fee.
205 members can access Gresham for $10 upgrade fee or Fisher's at no charge.
$10 PER VISIT
- 3 to 9 year olds that do not have a kids annual
membership.
- 3 to 9 year olds that are guests to members

WATERPARK RULES TO BE FOLLOWED AT ALL TIMES.
Water Park General Rules
- No outside food, drinks or glass.
- No mattresses, inner tubes, large balls, water balloons or water guns.
- Children not potty trained must wear swim diapers/rubber pants.
- No running, jumping off the side of the pool backwards, or rough play.
- When using suntan lotions, please shower before entering the pool.
Waterpark Dress Code
- Must wear appropriate cover up and shoes inside the club
- Boxers and compression shorts are NOT allowed as swimwear.
- Underwear and street clothes are NOT allowed as swimwear.
- Brazil/French-Cut, thong style, cheeky and/or revealing swimwear is not allowed as swim wear.
- Must wear full coverage tops and bottoms.
- Swim briefs for lap swimming only (no lounging)
Gresham Water Park *NO Lifeguard on Duty*
- Kids 0 – 15 years old must be accompanied by a Member 18 or older at all times.
- 14 – 15 years old: see buddy rule on sign in the waterpark.
Fisher’s Landing Splashpad * Lifeguard on Duty during Family Swim*
- Children 11 & under must have an adult with them at all times.
- Children 12 & up may swim without an adult during Family Swim-Only at the guarded pool.
- All kids under 16 must swim during guarded hours.

The Eastside Party Area has a 20 X 20 tent with picnic tables, trees for shade and if needed extra tables/chairs. The Westside Party Area has a grassy area and picnic tables.
